"The Singh Decision"
Facts:
-Santam Singh came to Canada from India looking for refugee status. Our government wouldn't allow it so his case was rejected.
- The Immigration Act (1967) wouldn't allow him to state his case in person or to appeal Canada's government decisions on his case.
- Supreme Court had said that this was a violation of section 7 of our Charted of Rights and Freedoms.
